Photography Services
All photography sessions must be confirmed before a booking is considered complete.
A booking is considered confirmed once any required deposit has been received.
Session dates and times are reserved exclusively for the client.
Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible and remain subject to photographer availability.
MagicCut Studios retains creative discretion regarding lighting, posing, composition, image selection, retouching, and editing style unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments & Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve a photography session.
The remaining balance is due on or before the session date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
Late or incomplete payments may delay image delivery or product production.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Clients may request to reschedule a session by providing reasonable notice. All new dates are subject to availability.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in the loss of the deposit.
MagicCut Studios may reschedule a session due to illness, severe weather, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for their scheduled session.
Late arrival may reduce the available photography time without reducing the session fee or extending the original end time.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any permits, permissions, or approvals required for their chosen photography location unless otherwise agreed.
Clients must inform MagicCut Studios in advance of any accessibility, safety, privacy, or location-related requirements.
Image Selection & Delivery
Professionally edited images will normally be delivered through a private online gallery or another agreed delivery method.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the session type, project size, editing requirements, and current workload.
Only the final edited images selected or approved for delivery will be provided.
RAW, unedited, rejected, duplicate, test, or unfinished image files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
Online galleries may remain available for a limited period. Clients are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their delivered files.
Copyright & Personal Use
All photographs and creative work remain the intellectual property and copyright of MagicCut Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to download, display, share, and print their delivered images for personal use.
Images may not be sold, licensed, submitted for commercial use, used in advertising, or transferred to another business without written permission.
Clients may not apply filters, heavy edits, artificial-intelligence alterations, or other modifications that materially change the delivered photographs without written permission.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MagicCut Studios may use selected images for its website, portfolio, social media, studio samples, advertising, competitions, publications, and other promotional purposes.
Clients who require privacy or do not want their images used publicly must notify MagicCut Studios in writing before the session.
Photography Prints & Products
Professional prints, framed photographs, canvases, albums, wall art, and other photographic products may be available as optional add-ons.
Product previews, mock-ups, and website images are for illustration purposes. Final colours, brightness, cropping, texture, materials, and appearance may vary slightly.
Differences may occur because of monitor settings, printing processes, paper types, framing materials, and production methods.
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing image selections, sizes, cropping, spelling, and product specifications before approving an order.
Production and delivery timelines vary according to the selected product, printing laboratory, supplier availability, and shipping conditions.
Custom-made prints and products are non-refundable once production has begun, except where the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.
Any damaged or defective product must be reported to MagicCut Studios within seven days of receipt. Photographs of the product and packaging may be required before a replacement is considered.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful software, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
All photographs, text, logos, graphics, designs, branding, and other website content are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, publication, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
Third-Party Services
MagicCut Studios may use third-party services for gallery delivery, payment processing, website hosting, printing, framing, shipping, communication, and booking management.
MagicCut Studios is not responsible for interruptions, delays, outages, or errors caused solely by third-party providers and circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
MagicCut Studios takes reasonable care when providing photography services and handling client files.
However, MagicCut Studios shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, equipment failure, venue restrictions, weather conditions, supplier delays, data loss, illness, emergencies, or events beyond its reasonable control.
Where permitted by law, the total liability of MagicCut Studios relating to a booking, service, or product will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service or product.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website may be used to respond to inquiries, manage bookings, process payments, deliver services and products, and communicate with clients.
