Photography Services

Photography sessions, bookings, and creative services are non-refundable once booked.

If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us as early as possible.

Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.

Physical Products

Some physical products available on our website are fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

Due to the nature of third-party fulfillment, we do not require physical returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Items that have been used or intentionally damaged
  • Delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect shipping information
